Background
The Bureau of Reclamation is conducting market research to identify qualified contractors capable of providing Data Analytics and Services to support the monitoring, assessment, and performance analysis of hydroelectric power generation equipment.

This initiative aims to improve the monitoring, reliability, and operational awareness of hydroelectric generating units. The information obtained will assist in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy, including potential small business set-asides.

Work Details
The anticipated work includes delivering a comprehensive data analytics capability that encompasses:
- Supporting analysis of equipment performance and operational conditions
- Identifying unusual or deteriorating behavior in generating equipment
- Providing tools to trend, visualize, and assess operational data
- Offering insights that help inform maintenance decisions
- Supporting integration or use of existing Government data sources
- Providing training, technical assistance, and user support
- Assisting with set-up, configuration, and use of analytics tools
- Providing recommendations that support reliability and operational improvement.

The objective is to enable better understanding of equipment conditions, earlier detection of emerging issues, and more informed maintenance decisions.
