Purchase a PromoChrom Presto Automated SPE System

Background
The EPA National Enforcement Investigations Center (NEIC) is seeking to purchase a PromoChrom Presto Automated SPE System to enhance its capabilities in extracting case samples for target analytes, particularly per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).

The contract is awarded to PromoChrom Technologies LTD, which specializes in automated solid phase extraction systems. The goal of this contract is to support criminal and civil enforcement projects by providing a reliable system that minimizes PFAS contributions from its components.

Work Details
The contract includes the purchase of the following items:
- Presto 8-Channel Automated SPE System
- F-HC-30 High-capacity inline filter (pack of 50)
- F-T-M Anti-clogging tips for open sample lines (pack of 50)
- Minimal-teflon Option
- 250 mL Bottle Automatic Rinsing Kit.

The system is specifically designed for PFAS extractions from water, soil, and sediment samples. The contractor must provide delivery services, installation service, system training by a factory-trained representative, and product support via various communication methods. A one-year warranty and service agreement will cover defects reported within 365 days after installation.

Period of Performance
The period of performance begins at the date of installation, which should be within 90 days of the award, and will run for two years including warranty period and purchased service contract period.
