Background
The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) Office of Acquisition (OA) on behalf of the National Human Genome Research Institute, (NHGRI), intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a non-competitive sole source basis to Pheno Tips Co./Gene42 Inc., 1400 -18 King Street East, Toronto, ON M5-C1C4 Canada. The UDP requires the continuous and updated use of the PhenoTips software as well as data migration, custom development, and professional services to incorporate all new features into the UDP installation of PhenoTips that will be integrated into the UDP LIMfinity database.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide the following to the UDP laboratory:
- PhenoTips Core Suite 1-year license which includes: Up to 30 Authorized Users, Up to 100 View-Only Users, Cloud hosting on a dedicated secure cloud in the US that is authenticated via NIH OAuth, Up to 10GB storage including Authorized Users, Software support and maintenance, Integrated risk models; IBIS/Tyrer-Cuzick, Gail, PREMM5, BOADICEA

Period of Performance
May 20, 20204 – May 19, 2025

Place of Performance
The product will be delivered to the UDP laboratory.
