786FSS Lindberg Hof Cooking Equipment

Background
The 786th Force Support Squadron (786FSS) is seeking to procure food service equipment for the Lindberg Hof Dining Facility (DFAC) located at Kapaun Air Station, Kaiserslautern, Germany. The goal of this contract is to replace existing commercial kitchen and beverage equipment to enhance food service capabilities. This procurement is part of a competitive acquisition process aimed at awarding a contract that represents the best value based on price and other factors.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision required to demount, deliver, install, and test the following commercial kitchen and beverage equipment:

**Heavy-Duty Cooking Line (Flush-Mounted / Modular)**
1. Electric Tilting Braising Pan / Skillet (Qty: 2)
- Capacity: 90 L to 120 L; must accommodate minimum 3× 1/1 Gastronorm pans.
- Heating: Minimum two independent heating zones; output of 14.0 kW.
- Dimensions: 1600 × 850 × 700 mm; AISI 304 stainless steel.

2. Split-Vat Electric Floor Fryer (Qty: 1)
- Capacity: 12.0 L to 16.0 L oil capacity per vat; total output of 17.0 kW.
- Dimensions: 600 × 850 × 700 mm; AISI 304 stainless steel.

3. Full-Vat Electric Floor Fryer (Qty: 1)
- Capacity: 28.0 L to 35.0 L oil capacity; output of 17.0 kW.
- Dimensions: 600 × 850 × 700 mm; AISI 304 stainless steel.

4. Solid-Top Electric Range w/ Open Base (Qty: 1)
- Total output of minimum 14.0 kW to maximum of 18.0 kW.
- Dimensions: 800 × 850 × 700 mm; AISI 304 stainless steel.

**Ice & Beverage Equipment**
5. Countertop Nugget Ice & Water Dispenser (Qty: 1)
- Ice production capacity: Minimum of 180 kg /24 hrs.; integrated holding bin of at least 10 kg.
- Dimensions: Max size of 500 × 650 ×1050 mm; CE certified.

6. Undercounter Cube Ice Maker w/ Storage & Filtration (Qty:1)
- Production capacity: Minimum of150 kg /24 hrs.; storage bin minimum of60 kg.
- Dimensions: Approx.850 ×750 ×1200 mm; NSF and CE certified.

Period of Performance
The anticipated award date will be determined following the evaluation of quotations, with all items required to be delivered within a window of up to90 days after receipt of order.
