Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the Network Contracting Office 10, is seeking to replace outdated pinsetter equipment at the Battle Creek VA Medical Center bowling alley. The current pinsetters are original to the facility and have become increasingly unreliable, leading to high maintenance costs and limited operational capacity. The goal of this contract is to procure modern, commercial-grade automatic pinsetter machines that will enhance recreational services for Veterans.

Work Details
The contract includes the purchase and installation of 6 modern pinsetters with integrated safety features, energy-efficient motors, and updated electronic control systems. Specific requirements include:
- Deinstallation of old equipment (quantity: 6)
- Installation of new equipment (quantity: 6)
- Shipping and handling included at no additional charge
- Onsite training for a maximum of 2 days
- Technical support for 12 months with an option for renewal
- Warranty: One-year manufacturer warranty or better.
