772 ESS DoD POL System A-E Services Sources Sought

Background
The Air Force Installation Contracting Center (AFICC)/772d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (772 ESS) and Air Force Civil Engineering Center (AFCEC) are seeking experienced Korean contractors in the Republic of Korea (ROK) to provide Architect-Engineer (AE) Services for the United States Department of Defense (DoD) Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricant (POL) systems.

The goal is to identify capable firms that can fulfill requirements for fuel tank and related infrastructure services at various locations in ROK, planned for Fiscal Year 2025 and 2026.

Work Details
The contract involves providing Architect-Engineering services for the renovation, demolition, repair, or replacement of Petroleum, Oil, & Lubricant (POL) facilities.

Specific tasks include:
- Title I and Title II services related to design or redesign of POL systems and associated infrastructures.
- Conducting out-of-service modified American Petroleum Institute (API) internal inspections and Steel Tank Institute (STI) inspections.
- Performing in-service external API and STI inspections at military installations throughout ROK.

Contractors must supply all necessary personnel, materials, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, equipment, and supervision of subcontractors required for these services. They are also expected to manage and coordinate schedules associated with these services.

Period of Performance
The work is planned to be fulfilled during Fiscal Year 2025 and 2026.

Place of Performance
Various locations in the Republic of Korea.
