Background
The U.S. Department of Energy intends to renew its annual one (1) year subscription to (E&E News) from Politico, LLC (Politico). E&E News will provide subscriber-only access to sector-specific coverage including defense, energy, finance, health care, tax, technology and transportation, emerging trends and sharpest analysis of Congress, the White House and public policy. Additionally, E&E News will provide OP users with access to reliable, fundamental data through its proprietary subscription services. Market Research was conducted, and E&E News was identified as the only source capable of meeting the Government's Requirements. No other appropriate sources were identified capable of meeting the Government's Requirements.
