75th Gym Maintenance Services at HAAF, Georgia

Background
The 1st Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment (1/75) is responsible for maintaining physical readiness through the use of three strength and conditioning facilities and one rehabilitation clinic. The goal of this contract is to ensure that all fitness and exercise equipment is functioning safely and efficiently to meet the training needs of the Rangers. This non-personal services contract aims to provide comprehensive maintenance for Human Performance Equipment at Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary for the maintenance of Human Performance Equipment. Key tasks include:
1. Quarterly maintenance services for various types of equipment including treadmills, elliptical trainers, strength equipment, saunas, and cold tubs according to manufacturer guidelines.

2. On-call support for broken equipment with repairs to be completed within three business days.

3. Situational deep cleaning based on CDC guidance.

4. Scheduled inspections and maintenance activities performed on-site without removal of equipment.

5. Unscheduled inspections and maintenance as needed with a response time of no more than one week after notification.

6. Provision of repair parts and supplies with prior written approval from the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC).

7. Scheduled labor for repairs as required throughout the contract period.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall consist of one base year (12 months) followed by four optional years (each 12 months).

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF), Georgia.
