Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) for an Automatic Passenger Counting (APC) System to be utilized in the Zion National Park Bus System. The goal of this contract is to procure a system that will enhance the efficiency of the transportation fleet, which consists of 30 buses with a total of 80 doors. This requirement is a 100% total small business set-aside.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following items:

1. **APC System Installed**
- Quantity: 1 EA
- Product/Service Code: 3590
- Description: Miscellaneous Service and Trade Equipment
- Delivery Date: 12/20/2024

2. **3 Years' Software Access**
- Quantity: 1 EA
- Product/Service Code: DA10
- Description: IT and Telecom - Business Application/Application Development Software as a Service
- Delivery Date: 09/30/2027.

The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide the APC system along with two years of software subscription access.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from September 9, 2024, to September 30, 2027.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to Zion National Park, located in Springdale, Utah.
