73rd Army Band Woodwind Instruments

Background
The 73rd Army Band, part of the Virgin Islands Army National Guard, has issued a requirement for multiple types of professional woodwind instruments.
The goal of this contract is to procure high-quality instruments to support the band's musical needs.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items:
1. Bb Clarinet (5 each): Silver Plated Keys, Unstained Grenadilla Wood, Inline Trill Keys, Carbon Fibre Joint Rings, Advanced Adjustment Screws, Custom Black Leather Pads, Lumiere Barrel with poly cylindrical bore.
2. Flute Open Hole (4 each): Offset G key for more accurate fingering, B foot joint for extended range, Sterling silver body with silver plated keys, Felt pads to reduce noise, Eligiloy springs.
3. Piccolo (3 each): Wave style head joint, Sterling silver keys, Grenadilla wood body.
4. Alto Saxophone (4 each): Selmer Paris neck for tone quality, High F# key for extended range, adjustable thumb rest, Blue steel springs for durability.
5. Bb Clarinet (4 each): Eco Composite Body for weather durability, Silver plated keys.
6. Shipping and Freight Charges from contractor facility to FOB Destination: Virgin Islands.

Period of Performance
Delivery is required on or before November 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the USPFO Activity VI ARNG located at Building 5 Bethlehem Street Kingshill 00850-9731 in the Virgin Islands.

Bidder Requirements
This solicitation is a Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA).
Bidders must ensure that all instruments meet the requirements outlined in the attached Salient Characteristics document and provide DoD unique identification or a recognized equivalent.
