Background
The 766th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS) is issuing this solicitation for a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract aimed at the removal and installation of HVAC components at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii.
The goal of this contract is to ensure the efficient operation of HVAC systems by replacing broken components with new, customer-provided units.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to complete the following tasks:
1. Remove approximately twenty-six (26) broken Variable Air Volume (VAV) controllers and twenty-six (26) thermostats, ensuring proper disposal of old components.
2. Install twenty-six (26) new Carrier-compatible VAV controllers and thermostats provided by the customer.
3. Perform ancillary work including the removal and replacement of ceiling tiles and wiring as necessary.
4. Coordinate with the on-site government representative to ensure that the HVAC system is fully operational post-installation.
5. All work must be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Period of Performance
The desired performance start time is 30 days after the date of contract award, with a maximum performance period not to exceed 45 days after contract award.

Place of Performance
Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet the following requirements:
- Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA).
- Must possess relevant contractor or trade licenses.
- Bid/payment/performance bonds are required.
- Insurance coverage must be provided.
- A site visit is recommended prior to bidding.
