734 Ams Rental Vehicles (Guam)

Background
The 734th Air Mobility Squadron (AMS) at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam requires rental vehicles to support their mission. The purpose of the rental vehicles is to transport aircraft maintenance personnel to and from the aircraft on the AAFB flightline. The current need is for 4 vans/mini vans/SUVs for a Period of Performance (PoP) of 60 days, with an option for three 1-month extensions. The solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside Acquisition.

Work Details
The vendor is required to provide vehicle rentals in support of the 734th AMS, Passenger Services for military personnel and passenger movement. The vehicles need to be vans/mini vans/SUVs that hold 7 to 8 passengers each. The rental vehicles must meet specific requirements including conforming to manufacturer specifications, meeting federal, state, and municipal laws, being properly licensed and registered, being no more than 4 years old, and meeting various operational and safety standards. The vendor is responsible for maintenance and mechanical upkeep of the rental vehicles, while the leaser/renter is responsible for fuel consumption.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance for the contract is from 01 February 2024 to 31 March 2024, with an option for three 1-month extensions, totaling 150 days.

Place of Performance
The delivery location for the rental vehicles is either pickup at the vendor site or delivery to Andersen Air Force Base near Bldg 19020 and Bldg 19033 in Guam.
