Background
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), through its Bureau for Resilience and Food Security (USAID/RFS) Center for Water Security, Sanitation and Hygiene (CW), is soliciting innovative proposals to provide services in support of its Water and Development II (WADI II) program. USAID anticipates awarding multiple Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts (approximately eight, of which up to three may be reserved for small business concerns) to implement water security, sanitation, and hygiene interventions under its resilience and food security objectives.

Work Details
Provide services in support of the Water and Development II (WADI II) program, including technical assistance, capacity building, assessments, monitoring and evaluation, and implementation support for water security, sanitation and hygiene activities as detailed in Section C (Description/Specifications/Statement of Work) of the RFP.

Period of Performance
Five-year ordering period from contract award during which task orders may be issued and completed.

Place of Performance
Worldwide (Authorized Geographic Code 937).

Bidder Requirements
Small Business Set Aside - Partial (SBP).
USAID reserves up to three awards for small business concerns but conducts a full and open competition.
Offerors must submit proposals electronically in accordance with Section L and participate in the Advisory Phased Procurement (Phase I and Phase II) process.
