Background
The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System, located at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines, FL 33744, is seeking to procure mental health furniture to support the reorganization of its Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program (RRTP). This initiative aims to enhance access to care for women Veterans and homeless Veterans by creating a new women's residential unit and a Compensated Work Therapy-Transitional Residence program. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary furniture that meets specific performance and safety standards for mental health patients during their treatment.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all labor, tools, materials, and furniture necessary for the installation of mental health residential bedroom furniture. The salient characteristics are derived from the Norix brand but alternatives that meet or exceed these specifications may be proposed. Key items include:

5. **Nightstand with Laminate Drawers** - Norix, made in the U.S.A.

- Warranty: 10-year limited replacement warranty.

6. **Comfort Shield Remedy Mattress** - Sealed seam mattress designed to fit Titan Bed (36" x 80" x 6").
- Features include fluid resistance and bed bug resistance with GreenGuard Gold Certification.

7. **Passive Locking Glide Kit** - Norix, made in the U.S.A.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number along with proof of Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business status if applicable. Bidders are also required to submit a price list or any supporting information for their price submission.
