The SOW doc refers to an example image of the frame corner but that picture is not included, could we get this missing image? See examples/pictures below of the of the frame image. --The paper specified for the printing is currently discontinued. Would Kodak Professional Inkjet Lustre Photo Paper 255gsm be an acceptable alternative? Yes, that will be fine. --For glazing, the doc specifies 100% UV plexi and 1/8" Lexan polycarbonate however these are two different materials. Could they specify which is the desired material for glazing? 100% UV Plexi --Is FSC Certification required on the lumber? As far as I know it does not have to be. --. In it a specific manufacturer of Behavioral Health Frame is indicated. Do you require an exact match for these frames or is an alternate match acceptable? The manufacturer listed is only a basis of design and does not have to be an exact match. An alternate is acceptable but still must meet the MTR for Behavioral Health frames.

Background
The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) has a requirement for Behavioral Health ligature resistant framed art for the Eugene J. Towbin VA Hospital located in North Little Rock, Arkansas. The goal of this contract is to provide high-quality artwork that meets specific design and installation standards while reflecting the cultural spirit of the local VA and addressing the specialized needs of its patient population. The contract includes project management, professional installation, and maintenance/warranty services.

Work Details
The contractor is required to deliver 28 pieces of 23 x 35 ligature resistant framed art, specifically designed to reflect Arkansas area landscape scenery. The artwork must be produced using UV inks and finishes due to high sunlight exposure in the facility. Key requirements include:
- Framed artwork must be ligature resistant with smooth finishes free from hazardous projections.
- Installation must be coordinated with the VA Interior Designer, and all materials should be tagged by location for ease of installation.
- A minimum of 50 image samples with no repeats is required, from which 28 images will be selected by the Interior Design team.
- The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary for the project.
- The installation must occur within specified duty hours (8:30 AM – 2:30 PM) on weekdays, excluding recognized US holidays.
