Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) to procure Omnicell XT Pharmacy Cabinets for the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the secure dispensing, storage, and management of medications across multiple sites within the healthcare system.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following items:
1. Fifteen (15) Omnicell XT cabinets, including:
- 1 XT Half-Height cabinet for Menlo Park Division (MPD) MHC Clinic
- 1 XT Half-Height cabinet for Fremont CBOC
- 3 XT Half-Height cabinets for Livermore Division (DERM-ENT, Eye, PM&R Clinics)
- 10 cabinets for various departments in Palo Alto Division.
2. Twelve (12) Omnicell Return Bins for safe medication returns.
3. Installation and validation of all cabinets with integration into existing systems.
4. Comprehensive training for staff on operation and maintenance of the cabinets and return bins.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will begin upon contract award, with specific dates to be determined.

Place of Performance
VA Palo Alto Healthcare System, 3801 Miranda Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304; additional locations include Menlo Park Division and Fremont CBOC.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be authorized distributors or manufacturers of Omnicell products.
Compliance with VA security and access requirements is mandatory.
The contractor must provide all necessary tools, equipment, and personnel required to execute the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work.
