This announcement is ONLY open to GSA 8(a) STARS III contract holders. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Information and Technology (OIT) Field Support Directorate (FSD), has a requirement for comprehensive support services for CBP to include planning, building, testing, deployment, stabilization of workstation changes, software distribution, patch management, service management, and program and administrative management related tasks. The Government is conducting a streamlined two (2) phase Request for Quote (RFQ). This notice serves as Phase I of the RFQ process. Participation in Phase I is mandatory to participate in Phase II. Phase I of the evaluation shall be concluded with an advisory notification to all RFQ Offerors of their viability for award based on CBP's evaluation of Phase I submissions. All questions shall be submitted via email to Contract Specialist Ebrima Conteh at ebrima.conteh@cbp.dhs.gov. The due date for questions is 12:00 PM EDT February 21, 2024. In response to this Phase I notice, Offerors shall submit only Volume I and II of their quotes via email no later than 12:00 PM EDT March 01, 2024, per the instructions in the task order RFQ. Volume III and Volume IV are not required right at this time, Volume III and IV will be summited by offerors who are invited to participate in Phase II.
