Background
The 705th Combat Training Squadron (CTS) at Kirtland Air Force Base, NM is seeking infrastructure, development, and engineering services. The work involves integrating security into the software development life cycle, oversight of design, development, and deployment of software applications, enterprise infrastructure engineering, systems administration, configuration management, and technical operations management.

Work Details
The work includes tasks such as integrating security into the software development life cycle by including specific security-related activities in software engineering processes, oversight of design, development, and deployment of software applications using agile/hybrid methodologies. Designing and maintaining virtual storage clusters and physical-to-virtual conversion of servers. Administering, configuring and troubleshooting multiple operating systems such as Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Microsoft file servers, Microsoft Active Directory, Net App file servers, Dell Avamar backup appliances and multiple Site-specific applications. The contractor Configuration Manager will serve as the contractor’s focal point for mission support functions. The Technical Operations Manager will be the contractor’s focal point for event and daily Service Desk and event coordination operations.

Place of Performance
The primary place of performance is Kirtland Air Force Base at the Distributed Mission Operations Center (DMOC) facility located in Building 942. Remote/Telework is authorized upon 705th CTS approval.
