THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT The VA Maryland Health Care System plans to award a base plus option year contract with Consortiex for the it s ConsortiEX s DSCSA Compliance as a Service (Caas) and AssureTrak IV Workflow Solution for the compounding, tracking and management of pharmaceuticals for DQSA (Drug Quality and Security Act) compliance.
