Background
The 86th Logistics Readiness Squadron, Plans and Integration section, is seeking a high-quality, commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) multi-zone digital time display system. The goal of this contract is to enhance operational effectiveness and contribute to overall mission success by providing a reliable, synchronized, and adaptable common operating picture for time-critical global operations.

Work Details
The requirement is for 7 commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) multi-zone digital time displays. Specifically, the requested product is a 6-zone digital time display system that meets the following salient characteristics:

- Time Digit Size: Minimum height of 4.0 inches for clear visibility from a minimum distance of 125 feet.
- Programmable Digital Location Fields: Must utilize programmable digital character fields (e.g., dot-matrix LED) to dynamically display the name of each time zone.
- Minimum Number of Zones: Capable of showing at least six (6) independent time zones simultaneously.
- Standalone Timekeeping Accuracy: High precision internal timekeeping mechanism (Temperature-Compensated Crystal Oscillator - TCXO) ensuring deviation of no more than a few seconds per year without reliance on an external network.
- Power-Loss Memory Retention: Internal battery backup retaining all settings during power outages for a minimum of five years without external power.

Key Performance Parameters include readability under standard office lighting conditions, configurability via a non-networked interface (e.g., infrared remote), durable frame construction suitable for wall mounting, and compliance with the Trade Agreements Act (TAA).
