Description

This is the formal soliciation for the US Navy 7M Rigid Inflatable Boat.

The Navy plans to award a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract in FY20 for an estimated total of two hundred and seventy-eight (278) 7m RIBs in which the Government will provide the Technical Data Package (TDP) consisting of Contract Drawings and Specifications. This potential contract will include three (3)

Variants:

1. Standard 7m RIB

2. LPD-17 7m variant

3. SOLAS Rescue Boat 7m variant

Section J Attachments 1 and 2 will be provided upon request via email. Offerors must email their requests along with a signed Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement (Attachment 17). All requests should be sent via email to heather.glovinsky@navy.mil and roxie.thomas@navy.mil. Please note that Offerors are limited to builders classified as small businesses. Transmission of the Attachments will occur using DOD SAFE via https://safe.apps.mil/

Responses are due to the Government 15 June 2020 at 2:00 PM ET. Due to mission requirements the Navy cannot extend the due date at this time.
