Medical Gases with Cylinder/Tank Rentals   4

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this solicitation to establish consolidated contracts for medical gases and cylinder/tank rentals utilized at the Central Virginia VA Healthcare System and affiliated outpatient clinics. The goal is to ensure a reliable supply of medical gases, including compressed Medical Air USP, Oxygen USP, CO2 USP Grade, Argon, Nitrogen NF, and others, along with the necessary rental and maintenance services for gas tanks.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following medical gases and tank rentals:
- R0143502001: CO-NEON-O2-N2 MIXTURE SIZE 200 - 150 EA
- R101D2: O2-HELIUM Rx ONLY MIX SIZE 200 - 5 EA
- R102H3: HELIUM, 6000 PSI - 5 EA
- R103G2: NITROGEN, NF GRADE 255 CUFT - 199 EA
- LN35: LIQUID NITROGEN 35 LITERS - 48 EA
- R104A3: NITROGEN, UHP CARRIER GRADE - 10 YR
- R104H3: ARGON, 6000 PSI - 32 EA
- R105A3: NITROGEN, 5.5 GRADE - 12 YR
- R108A2: CARBON DIOXIDE, ANAEROBE GRADE - 96 EA
- R13: E-MED OXYGEN, USP 25CF RU ALUM - 3600 EA.
The contractor will also be responsible for delivery, maintenance of the oxygen supply system, and compliance with FDA regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract will be in effect from the award date through four (4) one-year option periods.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to the Central Virginia VA Healthcare System located at 1201 Broad Rock Blvd, Richmond VA 23249 and the Fredericksburg VA Health Care Clinic located at 10432 Patriot Highway, Fredericksburg VA 22408.
