**This is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. See RFQ and attached documents. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and in VetCert database if applicable (VetCert registration is required for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses or Veteran Owned Small Businesses) under the applicable NAICS. Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov and VetCert information at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/#home. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management and VetCert databases. Registration is free and potential offerors are encouraged to visit the SAM website as no contracts can be awarded to any offeror not registered in SAM.

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this solicitation to establish a Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for Medical Gases in support of the Bay Pines VA Healthcare System.

The goal of this contract is to provide necessary medical gases utilized at various facilities, including the Bay Pines VA Healthcare System, Lee County Healthcare Center, and Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs).

Work Details
The contractor shall provide various medical gases including but not limited to:
- Compressed Medical Air USP
- Oxygen USP
- Carbon Dioxide USP
- Nitrogen NF
- Nitrous Oxide USP
- Helium USP
- Specialty medical gas mixtures (as listed in Appendix A).

The number of cylinders delivered will vary monthly based on facility requirements, ranging from 1 to 1000 cylinders. The contract does not guarantee any specific quantities. Additional gases may be added upon approval by the Contracting Officer (CO). All medical gases must conform to specifications prescribed in the United States Pharmacopeia and the National Formulary and must be manufactured by FDA registered manufacturers.

The delivery time for standard requests is within 2 business days and for emergency requests within 24 hours.

Ordering Period One: October 1, 2025 - September 30, 2026
Ordering Period Two: October 1, 2026 - September 30, 2027
Ordering Period Three: October 1, 2027 - September 30, 2028
Ordering Period Four: October 1, 2028 - September 30, 2029
Ordering Period Five: October 1, 2029 - September 30, 2030
