Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a one-year contract for the supply of bulk oxygen gas to the VA Maryland Health Care System in Perry Point, MD, and the Washington DC VA Medical Center. The purpose of the contract is to provide medical oxygen gases for patient care and clinical procedures, ensuring compliance with Medical Oxygen Gas directives.

Work Details
The scope of services includes supplying two bulk oxygen supply systems (tanks) and providing oxygen as needed to the medical centers. The tanks must be rented, with specific dimensions and installation requirements. The delivery schedule involves filling the tanks monthly, monitoring oxygen levels, and providing documentation for each delivery.
The period of performance for the contract is from October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025.
