This admendment adds the following requirement to FAR 52.212 -1 Instructions to Offerors, quotation submittals.
5. Propective Contractors who itend subcontract must submit technical and past performnace information for the proposed subcontractor.

Background
The solicitation is for a requirements-type contract for the purchase/delivery of propane within the Marblemount District of North Cascades NP. The contract will be awarded for a base period through 1/31/2024 with options for four additional years. The total contract value is expected to exceed $100,000 for all base and option periods. Initial award will be less than $20,000 based on current scheduling needs.

Work Details
The work includes the purchase/delivery of propane as described in the attached Statement of Work. The target price (per gallon) for propane will be established at the beginning of each year based on market price at that time. The estimated gallons required each year are listed in Table A of the Statement of Work.
If the price change is within 10% of the target estimated price for each year, no formal notification or contract modification is required. If the price increases by more than 10% from the target, the contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer in writing before any monthly deliveries are made at the higher price.
