Background
The National Weather Service (NWS) is seeking to purchase hydrogen gas supply, delivery, and cylinder rental in accordance with the statement of need. The NWS is responsible for providing weather, water, and climate data, forecasts and warnings for the protection of life and property and enhancement of the national economy.
