Dinosaur National Monument Propane Deliveries

Background
This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6. The National Park Service contemplates award of a single award, firm-fixed price, multi-year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the vendor. The acquisition is in support of Dinosaur National Monument. This solicitation is open to all business concerns. The intent of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to obtain quotes for a Multi-Year, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), firm fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for up to five years for propane in Dinosaur National Monument at tank locations in Jensen, Utah and Dinosaur, Colorado.

Work Details
The National Park Service requires the supply and delivery of bulk propane to tanks located within Dinosaur National Monument at Jensen, Utah and Dinosaur, Colorado. Propane is used to heat park buildings. The contractor will be responsible for supplying the fuel, delivering the fuel, and filling the tanks. The approximate annual usage is 35,000 gallons of propane. The period of performance for this contract is from December 12, 2022, through December 11, 2027.
