#2 Fuel Oil Clear for BIA, Cheyenne River Agency

Background
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Great Plains Regional Office, is issuing this solicitation for the purchase and delivery of #2 Diesel Fuel Oil Clear to support the Cheyenne River Agency in Eagle Butte, South Dakota. This contract is a 100% set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE's) in accordance with the Buy Indian Act (25 USC 47).

The goal of this contract is to ensure a reliable supply of fuel oil for the agency's transportation needs.

Work Details
The contractor will provide and deliver approximately 7,000 gallons of #2 Diesel Fuel Oil Clear. The delivery location is: BIA, Cheyenne River Agency, Branch of Transportation, 2011 Willow Street, Eagle Butte, SD 57625.

Delivery must occur within normal working hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Mountain Time) and within 5 days after receipt of contract award. The total estimated quantity is as follows:

- Delivery to a 10,000-gallon above-ground fuel storage tank.

Period of Performance
The #2 Diesel Fuel Oil Clear is to be delivered within 5 days after receipt of contract award.

Delivery will take place at BIA, Cheyenne River Agency, Branch of Transportation, located at 2011 Willow Street, Eagle Butte, SD 57625.
