Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to procure photography equipment and components for the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Louisville Regional Office.

The goal of this contract is to provide necessary supplies and equipment to support the VBA's mission in delivering benefits to veterans. This procurement is specifically set aside for Certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all supplies, equipment, transportation, materials, and other items necessary to supply photography equipment and components as per the attached pricing list and Statement of Work.

Period of Performance
The delivery of all photography components shall be within 30 days after contract award.

Place of Performance
All items shall be delivered to the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Louisville Regional Office, located at 321 W Main Street, Suite 390, Louisville, KY 40202.

Bidder Requirements
All contractors must be registered with the appropriate documentation proving they are an authorized reseller for the manufacturer to ensure valid USA warranties.
