Projector Screen Replacement and Installation

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) for the replacement and installation of projector screens at the Louis A Johnson VA Medical Center in Clarksburg, WV. The goal of this contract is to provide a new retractable projector screen that meets specific requirements and to ensure proper installation and functionality as per the manufacturer's guidelines.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Remove and dispose of the current projector screen.
2. Provide a new retractable projector screen with the following specifications:
- Screen Size: 70” x 70”
- Screen Material: White matte (ambient light rejecting)
- Viewing Angle: 36 degrees centered
- Mounting Method: Ceiling-mounted, motorized, installed in the same location as the old screen.
3. Ensure power availability above the ceiling for installation.
4. Provide necessary tools and mounting hardware for installation.
5. Remove all garbage and debris post-installation.
6. Supply all manuals and user guides to VA staff to ensure proper use of the new screen.

Period of Performance
Delivery is required within 30 days after receipt of order (ARO).
