This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 00312 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334310 with a small business size standard of 750.00 employees. This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified sellers may submit bids.

The EPA - HQ ACQUISITION DIVISION (HQAD) requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following:
LI 001: Optical Gas Imaging Camera with the following REQUIRED specifications. **Please do not submit a bid if all the required specs below aren't met.** • Has a Focal plane array (FPA), cooled InSb • Has a Field of View of 24° × 18° • Spectral Range of 3.2–3.4 μm • A Stirling Microcooler • Real-time non-radiometric Recordings: MPEG4 • Recording time of up to 60 minutes per clip • Ability to switch between IR video and integrated visible video • Temperature range of –20°C to +350°C (–4°F to +662°F) with temperature accuracy of +/- 1C between and 0-100C and +/-2% of reading for temperature above 100C • Camera may be carried by hand and have self-contained video recording capability • GPS data stored with each image • Data stored on a removable SD card • On camera built in widescreen ...show more
