Description

This award is a Sole-Source Award under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(7) Subsection 1244(a)(2) of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023, as amended by Section 1242 of the FY24 NDAA. This award is a firm-fixed-price 5-Year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Delivery Contract for the production of the 66MM Infra-Red Smoke Screening Vehicle Launched Grenade (IRSSVL). There is a minimum guaranteed quantity of 25,000 each 66MM IRSSVL.
