Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has issued a solicitation for a Temperature Monitoring System for the HCC1 North Battlefield OPC. The VA's mission is to provide healthcare services to eligible veterans and their families. The goal of the contract is to procure a system that can monitor temperatures of stored medications, food, blood specimens, reagents, vaccines, and building system generators.

The specific products to be delivered under the contract include: 2 units of 10000-5-P-US Base Station - Buffer and Receiver, 2 units of 10050-US Signal Repeater, 1 unit of 10400-1 Additional Software Database, 1 unit of 10103-10100 PowerTrak - Power Detection Device, 55 units of 16977-025 Lumity Wireless Data Logger with Temp/Humidity Module (NIST Calibration Certificate Included), 1 unit of 17070-1-032 Lumity Wireless Data Logger - (NIST Calibration Certificate Included) (Transmitter Only), 1 unit of 10198-032 NIST Traceable Slimline Ultralow with Phono Plug, 31 units of 17070-1-SS1-032 Standard EM Kit single chamber, 1 unit of 10732-B Basic Remote Training, 88 units of FCS-SERVICES FCS-Services - Enterprise Design & Implementation Services, and installation services. The system must have wireless capabilities, customizable interface and expandability, and provide 24/7 remote monitoring capable of collecting, storing, and sharing temperature data at multiple geographical locations or within a single building. Additionally, it should have alert escalation configuration including various notification methods such as computer screen pop-ups, emails, pagers, text messages, interactive voice response (IVR), relay switches, scrolling message boards.

Period of Performance
The delivery schedule indicates that all items are to be delivered within 90 days after receipt of order (ARO).
