VA Prescott Chemistry/Immunochemistry CPT IDIQ

Background
The solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) pursuant to part 15 and 16, for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 22. The contract is for a Cost Per Reportable Result (CPRR) system that encompasses all Chemistry/Immunochemistry reagents and consumables, related testing, analyzers, and service maintenance within VISN 22; VA Prescott. The IDIQ does not obligate any funds and the contractor is obligated only to the extent of authorized delivery/task orders (DO/TO) issued under the IDIQ by the contracting officer for VISN 22.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide a system that can conduct all testing as outlined in Attachment A tabs 1 and 2. The IDIQ exclusively covers the VISN facilities listed in section 1.6, with the possibility of adding or deleting facilities within VISN 22 by supplemental agreement between the government and the Contractor. All products ordered under DO/TO’s are subject to the terms of this IDIQ.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed at VA Prescott within VISN 22.
