Background
The solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract pursuant to part 15 and 16, for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 22. The contract is for a Cost Per Test (CPT) system that encompasses all Chemistry/Immunochemistry reagents and consumables, related testing, analyzers, and service maintenance within VISN 22; VA Phoenix. The IDIQ does not obligate any funds and the contractor is obligated only to the extent of authorized delivery/task orders (DO/TO) issued under the IDIQ by the Contracting Officer (CO) for VISN 22.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide a system that can conduct all testing as outlined in Attachment A tabs 1 and 2. As requirements change, facilities within VISN 22 may be added or deleted by supplemental agreement between the VA and the Contractor. All products ordered under DO/TO’s shall be subject to the terms of this IDIQ.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is effective for an indefinite period as specified in the Schedule. The quantities of supplies and services specified in the Schedule are estimates only and are not purchased by this contract.

Place of Performance
The place of performance for this contract is within VISN 22; VA Phoenix.
