Yes. A1c will be on a separate analyzer and has been removed. Please see updated and attached Statement of Work and Price List. Current Equipment and Expiration: Could you provide information on the existing chemistry and immunoassay analyzers in use at your facilities, including their expiration or contract end date? Current analyzers at this facility are under contract with Beckman Coulter (V797D-70260 36C26124F0269), with an expected end date of 03/31/2025. Operational Concerns and Improvement Opportunities: Are there specific challenges or limitations with the current equipment or processes that your team is particularly concerned about? Please see Statement of Work. Can you help us understand why the original RFP had a maximum contract value of 4.5 million and the revised RFP has a maximum contract value of 2 million? This is a considerable amount delta (over 50%) and only a few things were changed in the RFP. Please see Statement of Work. The requirement has changed. Infectious Disease Testing has been removed from the requirement and the maximum contract value has been adjusted accordingly. Previous copies of the RFP included hepatitis testing, and our pricing included hepatitis testing, as they are a part of the lab's regular testing menu. Were these tests intentionally left off, or should vendors include pricing for this critical test? Please see Statement of Work. The requirement has changed. Infectious Disease Testing has been removed to include Hepatitis.
