Willow Drive, Suite 300 Greenwood Village, CO, 80111 CONTRACTING OFFICER: Lindsey Zwaagstra The contractor shall provide all equipment, parts, service, and maintenance necessary for reagent/instrument rental operation of the Immunohistochemical staining equipment and shall pay routine shipping fees for such. This includes the required provision of workstations and hard drives, replacement, shipping and service on workstations and hard drives. This also includes moving all the IHC equipment to the new Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System Tulsa hospital histology department, estimated to open in 2026 and required maintenance/service to allow operation and appropriate validation in the new location once operational according to standard operating procedures.

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, through Network Contracting Office 19, is seeking a contractor to provide equipment, parts, service, and maintenance for the Immunohistochemical staining equipment. This initiative is aimed at supporting the Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System, specifically the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center in Muskogee, OK. The goal is to ensure timely and accurate diagnoses of pathologic disease states through advanced staining technology as part of their pathology services.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary equipment and services for the operation of Immunohistochemical (IHC) staining equipment. This includes:

1. Rental operation of IHC staining equipment.

2. Provision of workstations and hard drives, including replacement and service.

3. Moving all IHC equipment to the new James Mountain Inhofe VA Medical Center in Tulsa, OK, which is expected to open in March 2026.

4. Required maintenance/service to ensure operational capability and validation at the new location according to standard operating procedures.

5. Technical support services available 24/7 and on-site support during installation and validation studies.

6. Operator training for up to two personnel per analyzer at no additional cost.

7. Value-added items including an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) for each analyzer and workstation.

Period of Performance
The ordering period of performance is from September 25, 2025, to September 24, 2030.

Place of Performance
Initial delivery will be made to Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center located at 1011 Honor Heights Drive, Muskogee, OK 74401. Following the opening of the new facility in March 2026, equipment will be moved to James Mountain Inhofe VA Medical Center located at 440 S. Houston Ave, Tulsa, OK 74127.
