FY26| Thyroid Cancer Molecular Test| Orlando VA & San Juan| New Requirement   3

The Caribbean VA Healthcare System and Orlando VA Healthcare System intends to solicit and award an acquisition for Thyroid Cancer Molecular Test, as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). This will be a Base of 12-months and Four (4) 12-month options. This requirement is solicited as Unrestricted. The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 621511 Medical Laboratories, with a related small business size standard of $41.5 Million, and FSC/PSC is 6640. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ), for a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) requirement contract, which will be advertised as unrestricted on or before 26 February 2026, via sam.gov website. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06 10/01/2025. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Internet site, www.sam.gov. Amendments to the RFQ will be posted to this website only. It is the responsibility of the quoter to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. The contractor must ensure that we receive the proposal on time; NO late proposals will be accepted/ considered.
