6640 Fecal Immunoassay Testing (FIT) VISN 20   2

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), specifically the Veterans Integrated Service Network 20 (VISN 20), is seeking to procure automated Fecal Immunoassay Testing (FIT) analyzers and related supplies. The goal of this contract is to enhance testing capabilities across various VA Medical Centers in the VISN 20 region, which includes facilities in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. The contract aims to provide necessary equipment, training, and ongoing support to improve patient care and diagnostic accuracy.

Work Details
The vendor shall provide the following:
1. Automated Fecal Immunoassay Testing (FIT) analyzers capable of producing Cost Per Reportable Results (CPRR).
2. Custom Mailing Kits for sample collection and transportation.
3. Sufficient supplies, reagents, and consumables necessary for testing on the FIT analyzer systems based on estimated patient results per month.
4. Installation and operational training at the Government’s facility.
5. Field Service Support for the lifetime of the analyzer.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract spans five ordering periods:
1. Ordering Period One (1): February 1, 2026 - January 31, 2027
2. Ordering Period Two (2): February 1, 2027 - January 31, 2028
3. Ordering Period Three (3): February 1, 2028 - January 31, 2029
4. Ordering Period Four (4): February 1, 2029 - January 31, 2030
5. Ordering Period Five (5): February 1, 2030 - January 31, 2031.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered and services performed at various locations within the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 20 region including medical centers in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington.
