Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to procure an MRI compatible monitoring system to enhance patient care during magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures. The iRadimed MRI Compatible Monitoring System has been identified as a suitable solution. This contract aims to ensure the procurement, installation, and training necessary for the implementation of the iRadimed system at the VA Medical Center in Indianapolis.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items:
- 3 units of IRM 3880Q-3 MRI Standard Monitor System with ecQ TEK (ECG, SPO2, NIBP, CO2 monitoring)
- 3 units of IRM 3885 MRI Monitor Remote System (tablet base and recorder)
- 3 non-magnetic roll stands for 3880 monitors
- 3 wire baskets and rotating monitor mounts
- 2 days of training for the 3880 monitor system.

The total quantity required is 3 units of each primary component and accessories, along with 2 units of training. The system must be compatible with high-field MRI environments (1.5T and 3T), capable of monitoring vital signs including ECG, SpO2, NIBP, and temperature, and feature wireless data transmission to avoid interference with MRI operations.

Period of Performance
Delivery is expected within 3 days after receipt of order (ARO).

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the VA Medical Center located at 1481 W 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202.
