Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this unrestricted solicitation for a Cost-Per-Test (CPT) Blanket Purchase Agreement for Automated Antinuclear Antibody (ANA) testing at the Kansas City VA Medical Center.

The goal of this contract is to establish a reliable source for diagnostic testing supplies and equipment necessary for patient care, ensuring compliance with quality control standards and operational efficiency.

Work Details
The contract involves leasing an Automated Indirect Fluorescent Antibody (IFA) System along with the purchase of reagents and consumables necessary for conducting ANA tests. The contractor will provide:
- One (1) Instrument and Accessories Rental for 12 months per ordering period.
- Reagents including:
- Twelve (12) Tests per Kit
- ANA Titratable Pattern
- Calibrators and Controls such as Negative Control.
- Consumables including System Liquid Detergent, ProClin 950, Filter Buffers, Mounting Medium Pack, PBS II Concentrate, and Auto AB Panel.

The quantities are specified per ordering period from January 2, 2026, to January 1, 2031. The contractor must ensure timely delivery of reagents within five business days upon order placement.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this Blanket Purchase Agreement is from January 2, 2026, to January 1, 2031.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the Kansas City VA Medical Center located at 4801 East Linwood Boulevard, Kansas City MO 64128.
