Abbott AlinIQ Inventory Management System (IMS)   2

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this contract for the Abbott AlinIQ Inventory Management System (IMS) to enhance inventory management at the Sacramento VA Medical Center. The system aims to improve operational efficiency, prevent reagent expiration and waste, maintain uninterrupted patient testing services, and ensure lot traceability and audit readiness. Abbott Laboratories Inc. is the sole source provider for this procurement.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, hardware, software, licenses, configuration, installation, training, and ongoing technical support necessary to implement and maintain a fully functional Abbott AlinIQ Inventory Management System (IMS) at the Sacramento VAMC Laboratory located at 10535 Hospital Way, Mather, CA 95655. Bidder Requirements
The contractor must comply with various regulations including VAAR guidelines. Additionally, all hardware must be new and compatible with VA electrical standards. The contractor must provide FIPS-compliant devices and ensure that all software supports secure user authentication and encrypted data transmission.
