Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 20 VA Northwest Healthcare Network, is seeking to establish a single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for laboratory urinalysis testing services. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive laboratory testing services, including all necessary supplies and support, to various medical centers within the VISN 20 network. This BPA will span five years with four option years available.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide Automated Clinical Laboratory Urinalysis testing, which includes urine dipstick chemistries, urine microscopic analysis, and body fluid analysis. The services will be provided at multiple locations including:
- Alaska VA Healthcare System: 1201 North Muldoon Road, Anchorage, AK 99504
- Boise VA Medical Center: 500 West Fort Street, Boise, ID 83702
- Eugene Health Care Center: 3355 Chad Dr., Eugene, OR 97408
- VA Portland Health Care System: 3710 SW U.S. Veterans Hospital Road, Portland, OR 97239
- Roseburg VA Health Care System: 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd., Roseburg, OR 97471
- VA Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center: 8495 Crater Lake Hwy., White City, OR 97503
- VA Puget Sound Health Care System - American Lake Division: 9600 Veterans Dr Southwest, Tacoma, WA 98493
- VA Puget Sound Health Care System: 1660 S. Columbian Way, Seattle, WA 98108
- Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center: 4815 N. Assembly Street, Spokane, WA 99205
- Jonathan M. Wainwright Memorial VA Medical Center: 77 Wainwright Drive, Walla Walla, WA 99362.
The contractor must provide all related consumables and supplies necessary for the operation of the urinalysis analyzer and ensure that equipment is maintained in good operating condition. The pricing structure will be based on Cost Per Reportable Result (CPRR), which includes all costs associated with reagents and maintenance.

Period of Performance
This BPA expires on March 15, 2030.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at multiple locations across the VISN 20 network in the USA.
