GSA MULTIPLE AWARD SCHEDULE (MAS) SOLICITATION. The Greater Southwest Acquisition Center, Fort Worth, Texas, is issuing a refreshed solicitation effective June 13, 2019 electronically. IMPORTANT: CURRENT SCHEDULE 066 CONTRACTORS DO NOT NEED TO RESPOND TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. This is the final set of solicitation refreshes before GSA consolidates the 24 existing MAS solicitations into a single Schedule for products and services in October 2019. To learn more about MAS Transformation, please review: GSA press release at: https://www.gsa.gov/about-us/newsroom/news-releases/gsa-announces-transformation-of-multiple-awards-schedules FAQs on the Federal Marketplace website at: https://www.gsa.gov/about-us/organization/federal-acquisition-service/fas-initiatives/federal-marketplace-strategy UPDATES TO THE SOLICITATION: Schedules were made aware that there are wage determinations (WDs) missing from the files incorporated into all solicitations via the April refresh. After significant research and validation of the files, we have determined that the size of the file resulted in instability when downloading and emailing, causing a portion of the files to be dropped from the PDFs. Note: Individual Schedules may update additional clauses/provisions to make clarifications, administrative corrections, and other required changes IMPACTS: We have corrected for this issue by breaking the files into smaller parts, and have validated that the files now contain all necessary WDs. In order to incorporate the corrected files into our MAS solicitations, we are refreshing all Schedules. NOTES: In addition to the corrected WD files, the clause updates below will be made as well: I-FSS-599 (FEB 2018) - Date corrected to APRIL 2018 CI-FSS-151-N (OCT 2015) (ALT I-JUL 2016) - currently designated as a clause, will be changed to a provision CI-FSS-151-N (OCT 2015) - currently designated as a clause, will be changed to a provision CI-FSS-151-S (OCT 2015) - currently designated as a clause, will be changed to a provision CI-FSS-151-S (OCT 2015) (ALT I-JUL 2016) - currently designated as a clause, will be changed to a provision NOTICE: The GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) program has recently experienced a tremendous increase in new offers. Due to the large number of new offers currently in process, it could take up to 12 months before your offer is evaluated. GSA's practice is to evaluate offers in the order in which they are received. However, GSA may give priority to processing certain offers when circumstances dictate, such as when a federal agency Contracting Officer specifically requests an expedited offer review in order to meet a pending requirement that will be procured under the MAS program, or when there is a need for GSA to bring strategically critical new products or services to market in order to meet federal customer needs. SIGNIFICANT CHANGES: Please review the solicitation document for clause changes. Please note that all vendors submitting an offer under this Solicitation must be registered in the System For Award Management (SAM) website. The SAM website can be accessed https://www.sam.gov. Interested parties may access the solicitation at: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation files.
