Background

Work Details
The contract requires the procurement of a Name Brand or Equal Dickson Laboratory Temperature Monitoring System that meets the following specifications:

- **Hardware Specifications**:
- Capable of monitoring temperatures from -80°C to 180°C.
- Error range within 0.2°C.
- Utilizes radio frequency technology for data transmission, minimizing security risks.
- Wireless or ethernet ready gateways for flexible placement.
- ISO 17025 calibrated sensors with certifications.
- Battery-operated data loggers that retain data during power outages.
- No need for intermediary software or computers for data management.
- Various sensor options for different temperature units (fridges, freezers, ultralow freezers, ovens, furnaces).

- **Software Specifications**:
- Accessible to unlimited users across multiple locations.
- Automated notifications via email, phone, or text for excursions outside specified criteria.
- Audit trail recording all entries and modifications of electronic records.
- Ability to generate customized and automated reports.
- User-centric dashboards tailored to individual needs.
- Must have FedRAMP approval or submitted Software Attestation to CISA as per OMB memoranda M-22-18 and M-23-16 regarding software security.
- Proven functionality within the EPA network or provide no-cost demo access for verification.
- Capability to connect with existing systems used by other EPA departments.
