Background
The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of hydraulic rams to support laboratory operations. The goal of this contract is to acquire hydraulic rams that meet specific performance criteria necessary for applying force to geological samples in a controlled environment.
