CTL-Immunospot S6 Ultimate Analyzer   2

The U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID), Fort Detrick, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i) with Cellular Technology Limited (C.T.L.), 20521 Chagrin BLVD, Shaler Heights, OH 44122-5350, for the procurement of CTL-ImmuneSpot S6 Ultimate Analyzers.
The CTL Analyzer's brand is uniquely qualified to provide the CTL-Immunospot S6 Ultimate Analyzer because the company maintains proprietary and patented components necessary to obtain high resolution of the secretory activity of individual cells while maintaining maximum sensitivity that are unavailable from other companies. These include the proprietary instrument and its software that is used for the analysis of ELIPOTs. The patent rights are expressly granted to the purchaser. The complete Minimum Essential Criteria for the CTL-Immunospot S6 Ultimate Analyzer are delineated separately. This instrument will be used to support the Therapeutic Discovery Program at USAMRIID. This state of the art Immunospot Analyzer will enhance multiple efforts across USAMRIID supporting therapeutic development.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334516 and the size standard of 500.
