Background
The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI), Office of Acquisitions (OA) intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a noncompetitive sole source basis to Teledyne Instruments, Inc. for the provision of a CombiFlash NextGen 300+ Automated Flash Chromatography System.

The Chemistry and Synthesis Center (CSC) is a state-of-the-art core chemical synthesis facility dedicated to producing novel chemical compounds for the NIH community. The CSC requires this system to replace an aging Flash-ELSD instrument that is no longer serviceable, ensuring the continued purification of biologically active compounds.

The contractor shall provide a CombiFlash NextGen 300+ Automated Flash Chromatography System with the following key specifications:

- Maximum pressure limit of 300 psi (20 bar)
- Automated solid load injection valve
- Adjustable Solid Load Cartridge Cap

- 16 x 150/160 mm
