Brand Name Only (BNO) Thermo Fisher Gemini Analyzers and Gemini Test Kits
Background
This requirement is being issued by the United States Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD), on behalf of the National Guard Bureau (NGB) Domestic Operations (DO). The objective of this RFQ is to acquire 33 Brand Name Only (BNO) Thermo Fisher Gemini Analyzers and Gemini Test Kits. This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside for authorized resellers of Thermo Fisher equipment.

Work Details
The contract involves the delivery of 33 Thermo Fisher Gemini Analyzers and Gemini Test Kits. The Thermo Fisher Gemini Analyzer is capable of identifying a broad range of unknown chemicals and explosives in the field using Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) and Raman spectroscopy in a single instrument, including low concentration analysis.

Final inspection and acceptance will be performed at the place of delivery by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).

Period of Performance
The effective date of the solicitation is August 12, 2024, with an offer due date of August 26, 2024.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the Interior Business Center located at 381 Elden St, Suite 2000A, Herndon, VA 20170.
