NOTICE OF INTENT GeneXpert & GeneXpress Test Kits   4

Background
This RFQ is a sole source procurement to Cepheid for the purchase of Cepheid GeneXpert and GeneXpress Reagents in support of the VA Palo Alto Health Care System IAW 6.302-1 and 13.5. The contract anticipates a fixed price single award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract.

Work Details

5) # CT/NGSWAB-50 - CT/NG Swab-50 - 50;
6) # CT/NGURINE-50 - CT/NG Urine-50 Kit - 50;
7) # GXMRSA/SA-BC-10 - XpertMRSA/SA BC test kit - 150;
8) # GXMTB/RIF-US-10 - 120;
9) #GXCARBAR-10 - XPERT CARBA-R, IVD 10 -100;
10) Xpert Xpress STREPA-10 (Qty:150); and
11) Xpert Xpress SARS-Co-V-2-10 (10 pak kit) – 624 tests. Kits must not be expired and capable of running on a GeneXpert Infinity 80 or GeneXpress Cepheid instrument.

Period of Performance
Five year Contract requested.
